The first flip house is finished and I can say that I am even surprised our nice and bright it turned out. The house was so dark and closed off before. It needed light and tons of it. A good combination of new windows, can lighting, taking the wall out between the formal living room and family room and adding the breakfast area made all the difference in the world. There is so much natural light that comes pouring into the breakfast area that it really brightens up the kitchen and family room. Take a look below to see the Living, Dining and Breakfast rooms AFTER the huge transformation.
Here is the view from the dining room. The main room color is Revere Pewter by Benjamin Moore.
Dining Room from the kitchen. The wall color in here is Wyeth Blue by Benjamin Moore. It is definitely one of my favs! The light in the dining room is fabulous!!! Look how stunning it is shining on the ceiling.
The bright and beautiful breakfast/keeping area now! The vaulted ceiling really opens up the whole house. And light just pours in!
Ignore the painting touch ups that need to be made on the wall! Haha. Those have been taken care of now.
I think I would stare up at this light all the time! It makes such a beautiful light show on the ceiling.
I appreciate any likes, pins and shares! Thank you!
